Location: The apartment building is located on the island of Brac in the town of Sutivan. Sutivan is a settlement on the north-western coast of the Brac, a lovely little village Mediterranean type, approx. distant from the City of Supetar 10 km and approx. 32 km distant from the island's airport. Amongst the many cultural monuments, Sutivan has various required establishments such as a medical clinic, pharmacy, bank, post office, supermarkets. From the entertaining point of view, there are various cafés and restaurants to enjoy. One may attend the fitness center or join the various recreational programs offered.

The island of Brac is the most accessible island in the Dalmatian archipelago since it has an International Airport and is the closest to city of Split , which is the largest city on the Adriatic coast and is well connected to rest of Europe . The ferries depart every two hours and more often in the summer season.

The island offers a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and warm summers. The island of Brac is a well known source of fresh organic food from fish to vegetables. Olive oil production is one of the main industries along with tourism and the most famous Brac product the white stone (The White House, Washington).

Description of building: The building is finished in high quality. The special attention was given to the finishing details. All the windows and doors are made out of the Brac white stone. The central part of the building is also paved with white stone. The floorings are finished with 1 st class ceramic tiles (kitchen, bathroom, and terrace) and high quality parquet (living room, bedrooms). All the doors are anti-burglary and fire proof. The windows are double glazed; the premium insulation is placed both on the outside and inside walls. The combination of these two things assure environment free from sound and weather impacts.

There are two separate entrances to the building. Each of them consists out of 9 apartments with 3 on each floor. The building is three floors high with total of 18 apartments. The apartment's sizes vary from 50 to 90 m2. Each apartment has a parking space and easy access. The building is located 5 min walk from the town center and the beach is 150 m from the building just in front of it. The pine trees are protecting the building from noise and unwanted views.

Construction: The building is characterized with the first class materials such as brick, plaster, wood and stone with an accent on the Dalmatian building style. The guarantee for the construction is 10 yrs and 2 yrs for inside finishing. The insurance is optional as well as the air-conditioning which has a prepared area of placement within the apartments.
